Problems
What is a problem? To answer this, one might say that every individual would give different answer as they deal with different sort of things every then and now. To tackle this , I would like to give an opinion that, its a tough decision you make, every decision leads to a different path, either its a right decision or a wrong decision and right and wrong are decided according to the present condition of making the choice.
Apart from problem people deal in their life which does not arise from their respective choices they make are the most difficult ones to deal with. As they are the problem one is least prepared for. They are problems related to their families, their own heath and financial crisis.
I have faced many problems myself in such an early stage of my life , its not easy to overcome one problem that another arises, its not easy to smile facing a huge hurdle as another hurdle is just around the corner waiting. Its not simple to manage a hardship and continue doing your job of living your life in the daily basis. But I would say, it is manageable to an extent that you can afford living peacefully while facing and issue which you think might be a very big issue for you.
HOW YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND FOOLS YOU?
You start to imagine the outcomes of your actions way to early for it to even happen at the first place. Your thoughts tend to take a bad turn towards the outcome for something which you haven't even tried of doing. Which may or may not solve your issues. Your motion and motive stops on the basis of your imaginative process , which automatically shows a barely negative outcome and a positive outcome of something which you would do to , which may or may not, solve your issues. And the worst thing comes into play after getting both the scenarios which is FEAR, fear of what if ? , the negative outcome is actually the reality.
WHAT TO DO AND WHAT NOT TO?
1. Stop assuming everything and anything.
2. Stop vocalizing about your issue to everyone. Only talk to those people who thinks of your problem as theirs and those people are your big brother, father, your best friend who helps you financially at times when you go bankrupt without a second thought. And stop stressing your mother please. she cares too much and has enough on her pate herself.
3. Back to point 1, stop assuming and start taking action, tell yourself whatever happens happens , but it depends on the issue, sometimes you not doing anything and waiting helps more than anything. Tough times goes away, give time some time to heal.
4. The most important, there will be rough and tough nights , you will surely cry, you will have no one to wipe your tears, a feeling of loneliness, anxiety, emptiness, zoning out. Don’t overwhelm yourself with such things, just Sleep, have faith in god and Sleep.
FAMILY, HEALTH and FINANCIAL issues
The BIG 3 issues apart form being in a state of war with some other country. One must face one of the three problems once in their life time.
To the people who are facing all these 3 problems and are still fighting it or have overcome it, you are the real heroes. Health issues need patience and money, financial issue needs perseverance and support and Family issues needs patience and emotions and you need to control your emotions facing any problem in general. As its written in a very small statement, its very hard to achieve when any one of these issues arrives at your door. These 3 issues are interconnected , that's why even one of them feels hard to fight to.
If an heath issue occurs to you or anyone in your family, your financial holding needs to be strong to help, your family needs to be in your support, you should know when to be emotionally strong , you should have patience to deal with the disease.
In particular there are no solutions to tackle all this, but being optimistic helps, proper food and seep is must, work life balance is required and the most important, you are not the center of anything, stop blaming yourself and be a support and have some support no matter what.
